Stewart Lofts

Graeme Stewart School was a prestigious school located in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. After 100 years of educating many, the school closed. It sat vacant and fell into disrepair. The remarkable adaptive reuse transformed this historically stunning building into contemporary loft style apartments. The building was modernized in many ways, however there are original architectural details that were restored to their true beauty.
